After a fully booked first edition and powerful feedback from last year’s participants, the Beanmachine Leadership Bootcamp returns on 2–3 September at Au Rythme de Belvaux.
This is not a course you follow.
It’s a leadership journey you step into.
Two days where you step out of the office, into nature – and into a learning space where you’re invited to slow down, dig deeper and look at leadership with fresh eyes.

A deliberately small group
To keep the quality, depth and psychological safety high, we limit the group to 15 participants.
Beanmachine is responsible for the selection of participants. We look for diversity in organisations and sectors, and for people who are ready to contribute as well as to learn.
You don’t have to “have it all figured out”. Curiosity, openness and a willingness to experiment are more important than job title.
