Mainly because he’s filled to the brim with all kinds of group dynamic theories, agile experiences, cheesy jokes, niceness and insights into learning processes and coaching skills. Quite useful. He is – on the other hand – IT professional as well as anthropologist. So he does cover quite a field, from bigger organizational challenges over project management to coaching on team and individual level.
Combines a profound fondness for Bach Kantates with vegetable gardening and likes reading more than five books at a time (preferably mixing pop and politics). Goes running or rides his bike whenever his watch tells him, unless diner has higher priority. Still waiting for the right moment to listen to Mahlers 4th, he lives somewhere in a house.
