Because she is convinced that every organization and every person have a lot of unexploited resources, it is just a matter of finding the right tool to bring them to light. Because she prefers to help you build on your strengths than losing energy in exploring what’s wrong. Because she knows what it’s like to work in a call center, to raise five children, to lead a team or to go through a merger, her non-judgmental and caring attitude will make you feel at ease in no time. Because she can create structure in chaos. And because she works with humor and a large smile on her face.
She offers her time and skills to support several local associations, like the Folestival (a music festival taking place literally in her garden), or ‘Mollets solidaires’, that offer co-cycling for elderly or disabled persons. She loves to spend time with her husband redecorating and transforming their house – and often creating pieces of furniture themselves (she designs, he builds), sewing home-made cushions or hangings, or planting new flowers in the garden. She cooks with and for her five (step)children and drinks wine with her friends. And finally, she walks a lot, especially since 2020 when she had the chance to walk a (small) portion of the road to Santiago de Compostella. And, oh yes, don’t book her on Tuesday evening, she absolutely needs to go to her yoga course, that’s the only moment in the week where her mind stops racing around.
The thing is that you’ll immediately see on her face when she boils … She is quite impatient, so endless, or useless discussions tend to make her nervous. But above all, if you break the trust she has placed in you, prepare for the storm.
