What's it all about?

We bundled the customer empathy map, the customer journey map and the value proposition canvas. An empathy map is a collaborative tool teams can use to gain a deeper insight into their customers. Much like a user persona, an empathy map can represent a group of users, such as a customer segment. The goal when using the Customer Journey Map Canvas is to map and prioritize the pains. The Value Proposition canvas is a framework which helps ensure that a product or service is positioned around what the customer values and needs, to ensure that there is a fit between the product and market.
