Some tips when you use it:
- This a a slow thinking exercise. Don’t hurry up to much. Invite your participants to dive deep and really describe what they see happening in their organization.
- You can enter the exercise in different ways. Start with behavior, or rather with enablers… it doesn’t matter as long as you work around from you entry point through all areas.
- Try to avoid that only problems pop-up. Try also to investigate success!
